12 x 12" layout by Kazan Clark

Kazan created a layout that accented the color of her daugher's outfit and reflected a winter theme.  She used Create A Flake Two die templates to mimic the snowflake on the sweater and to create bullet points for her journaling. The Deckled Mega Rectangles created an edge that reminded her of an ultra warm and wooly sweater.

Ingredients: S4-223 Create A Flake Two; S5-014 Deckled Mega Rectangles SM

Instructions:

1. Trim ⅛" off two sides of 12 x 12" white cardstock, and mount onto black 12 x 12" cardstock.


2. Cut/emboss S4-223 Create A Flake Two die templates with white cardstock.


3. Cut 8 x 8 square of patterned paper.  Mount onto white cardstock, and then again onto contrasting patterned paper.  Adhere to layout.


4. Mount 5 x 7" photo onto black cardstock.  Adhere to patterned paper and then onto black cardstock. Attach to layout.


5. Cut a rectangle to fit the sentiment block using S5-014 Deckled Mega Rectangle SM die template.


6. Apply sentiment alpha stickers and attach to layout. Print, trim and ink eges of journaling blocks. Adhere to layout.


7. Complete by attaching S4-223 Create A Flake Two die cuts and Dew Drop embellishments.
