4¼ x 5½ card by Lesa Rapp

Lesa was inspired by the colors on the Cotton Scrap image, which she cut with Labels Eight.  She letter pressed onto Labels 9 and embossed Floral and Stone Impressabilities™ onto the background of the card.  She added a few flowers, a fanciful ribbon and some sparkly bling.
