This vintage inspired Christmas Tree card is built with layers of the Nested Pines Trees die template. With the instructions below, you too can create a dimensional card to celebrate the season.

Ingredients: S4-220 Nested Pine Trees; S4-092 Stars Five

Cross Promotional Products: Tattered Angels, Olive Vine Glimmer Mist; Flower Soft, Polar White; The Robin's Nest, Glitter Red Cardstock and Green Cardstock; Gaylored Expressions, A Year of Sweet Sentiments Stamps; Copic, E33 Sketch Marker

Other Supplies: Gold Cord; Green Ink; Red Rhinestones; Gold Foil; White Cardstock

Instructions:

1. Cut and emboss S4-220 Nested Pine Tree seven times using green cardstock.


2. Use one tree as the base to build your layers. Ink around edges with various colors.


3. Starting at the bottom of the tree, cut three tiers up, and shape with fingers. Glue in place along the top, allowing the bottom to have a 3D effect. Push cotton ball up under layer.


4. The remaining layers are the same as the first. As you work your way up the tree, trim your tree to fit the next layer.


5. Layers one, two, three, and four, cut three tiers, layer five, two tiers, and layer six, one tier.


6. Spray with Glimmer Mist, let dry. Add Flower Soft and rhinestones.


7. Tie little bows, wrap tree with gold cord, and glue bows in place.


8. Cut and emboss gold foil star, glue in place, and attach rhinestone.


9. Stamp sentiment, glue tree to white card front, and add shading under the tree.


10. Adhere white card front to red card base.
