White & Gold Foil Cardstock, Patterned Paper, Ribbon, Clear Stamp, Black Ink, Red Gems, Brads, Foam Adhesive, Tape Runner.

Step 2: Die-cut 4 corners out of gold foil cardstock.

Step 3: Adhere 4 corners to create a frame
