"Every once in a while, there's a monthly kit series you just totally fall in love with, and June 2025 was that month for me. As a crafter who frequently uses a nautical theme, I'm especially fond of the Cast Away Glimmer Hot Foil Kit. It creates a background which can be super shiny (laughter: why else do we foil?), but my happiest discovery with this particular plate is the look it creates when using white foil. Suddenly you have a cast net that looks almost real. Or try it with black foil for an embossed look. Love it!"
