Thank you so much for the loyalty and passion you’ve shown for all things Spellbinders and Hero Arts. We’re so grateful to have been a part of your creative journey.
We’ve experienced some significant delays with shipping over the last few weeks and we wanted to be sure to reach out and let you know what’s happening behind the scenes here at Spellbinders + Hero Arts. While our website and order system have remained humming along as usual, we recently upgraded the software that helps us pick, pack, and ship your orders. It’s an exciting improvement meant to make everything faster and smoother in the long run. However, as with any new technology, we’ve hit a few snags that caused delays in a small percentage of orders.
We know this time of year is busy enough and waiting is no fun. Please know we’re working around the clock with our tech support, customer service and our warehouse heroes to fix these issues and get every delayed order out the door as quickly as possible. If you’ve been affected by a delay, we’re so sorry for the inconvenience. Your patience and understanding mean the world to us as we work through this transition.
There’s good news, though: Most new orders are being processed faster than ever. Our new system is showing its potential, and we’re excited for how it will improve your experience going forward. Once we iron out these last few wrinkles, you’ll notice faster order processing and quicker delivery right away.
