About the Role
We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and results-oriented Paid Media Manager to own and scale paid search and paid social campaigns across two crafting brands. This is a hands-on yet highly strategic role for a digital marketer who deeply understands paid media, analytics, and performance optimization—and can translate data insights into actionable growth strategies.
With an entrepreneurial mindset and true ownership of the channel, you won’t simply execute someone else’s plan; you’ll architect and drive our paid media strategy end-to-end. You’ll have the autonomy to build, test, optimize, and scale programs that deliver measurable results, blending media strategy, campaign execution, and rigorous performance measurement within a company that values creativity, innovation, and the craft community.
Who You Are
This role demands a high degree of specialized expertise paired with an unwavering commitment to quality. You’re driven, determined, and self-disciplined—someone who thrives in a structured environment with clear expectations and who never sacrifices accuracy for speed, even when the pace is fast. You build relationships through credibility and technical depth, and you earn trust by consistently delivering thorough, high-quality work.
You bring specialized knowledge and technical ingenuity to every challenge. You’re comfortable solving complex problems within approved systems and processes, and you approach new ideas with both enthusiasm and rigor—carefully analyzing and testing before implementing. You operate confidently within a defined scope, demonstrate a strong sense of urgency, and make decisions that support company guidelines and long-term goals.
When collaborating with or guiding others, you ensure that policies and timelines are respected while creating structured opportunities for teammates to develop their own expertise. You lead with coaching and shared accountability, building a culture where high-quality work is the standard—not the exception.
