Good to have, but overpriced

"I bought this item along wirh the Basic Piercing Template, which I will use to create border designs on some of my cards. Both items were on sale at 50% off, which brought the prices down to a reasonable level. The template seems durable, but I'm not sure how well the foam mat will hold up. If I end up having to replace the mat, if it's not deeply discounted I'll probably end up stack a few pieces of fun foam and tape them together instead. That wouldn't be nearly as convenient, but it would cost a lot less."
