What is the difference between standard (2D) and 3D Embossing Folders, you ask? The 3D Embossing Folders apply a much deeper and richer texture to your materials. However, the 3D Embossing folders do require a Universal Plate System (or a compatible machine), which allows for the thicker embossing folders to run through your machine. Both embossing folder clubs will feature a unique embossing option each month. They will generally complement each other.

- Place Platform Base (A),
- Add 3D Embossing Folder with Paper Inside,
- And top with Adapter Plate (D)*.
Roll the Sandwich through your Spellbinders Platinum Machine.
