Contest Rules:

• Project must include the color lilac or purple shades and feature Spellbinders products.
• Name and Email Fields are required and must be filled out to submit.
• Project images must be submitted between October 22 - November 10, 2024.
• Winner will be announced on or before November 21, 2024.

By participating, each entrant irrevocably grants Spellbinders unlimited, worldwide, perpetual, license and right to publish, use, publicly display the entry in any way, in any and all media (including but not limited to the Contest Site), without limitation, and without consideration to the entrant, including having his/her winning entry, name, and/or location included in marketing materials. Entries may not include likenesses of third parties and may not contain elements not owned by the entrant. Entrant must be able to provide legal releases authorizing use of the entry in Spellbinders advertising, marketing, and promotions in any and all media in perpetuity, without additional compensation, permission or notification, unless prohibited by law. Failure to provide such releases upon request will result in disqualification. By entering, you hereby indemnify and hold harmless the Promotion Parties from any claims and damages (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from, or relating to, the breach or alleged breach of your representations and warranties herein, your entry, or your conduct in creating your entry or otherwise in connection with this Contest. Spellbinders reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual suspected of tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest; or to be acting in any manner deemed in violation of the Official Rules; or to be acting in any manner deemed to be unsportsmanlike or disruptive, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.

CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY A USER OR ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND

SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, BY SPELLBINDERS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND COSTS (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ATTORNEYS’ FEES) FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
